Things worked well during my 4-night stay. The room was clean, the heater was perfect, and I enjoyed snacks and coffee in the lobby. The bed was really comfortable, which made my nights restful. I appreciated the friendly staff when I saw them.

no fresh towels

The location is great!

My room was extremely small and dark, making it uncomfortable. I was surprised to find that fresh towels were not provided without a fee, and the loud AC system made it hard to relax. Additionally, the lack of a kettle or even a proper communal area for tea was disappointing.
